In der Versammlung wurden die Wahlergebnisse der Vorstands- und Beiratswahl (Briefwahl) bekannt gegeben. Die Wahlen für andere Funktionen wurden in der Versammlung abgehalten. Alle Kandidaten wurden mit großer Mehrheit gewählt: Neuer 1. Vorsitzender ab 1. Januar 2010 ist Christian Schlag, sein Stellvertreter Markus Nöth. Zum Schatzmeister wurde Marco Wilkens wiedergewählt. In den vergangenen Jahren konnten einige Reisen zu internationalen Konferenzen werden, jedoch hat sich die Möglichkeit der Förderung vielleicht noch nicht an allen Einrichtungen herumgesprochen.
